Your Place was born after I made the decision to step away from my role as a Home Lender in one of the Major Banks. I love helping clients through the process of purchasing property and following this passion without the “big man” pressure has been a breath of fresh air and a decision I haven’t looked back from.

I had worked for the bank for eight years when I decided it was time to step out on my own. I then launched my business as a Mortgage Broker,  and work as a mobile loans specialist in my area of North Brisbane.

It was after the birth of my first child that gave me the push to make the move to starting Your Place Mortgage Brokers.

I wanted the opportunity to offer my clients more options and to work closely with them to tailor a product choice which really suited their needs with offerings from a number of providers, rather than just one. It also gave me the opportunity to work with clients which previously I would not have been able to assist.

During my time as a lender I assisted hundreds of individuals, couples and families with their purchases, refinances and upgrades. My passion always has been, and continues to be customer service and building strong, lasting relationships with my clients. Starting my own business meant I could focus on my clients rather than meeting targets week in week out.

It is this passion that will always provide my clients with the best service and ensure their best interests are at the centre of all that I do. It is important to me that my clients are always comfortable and involved in their loan scenario.
